Stacy founded Carter + Clark (aka Carter Land Surveyors &
Planners) and grew the company from a single idea to the
nation’s largest land surveying firm specializing in "builder
services". By developing state-of-the-art proprietary software
and creating a unique industry model, the company produces
15,000+ property surveys each month. C+C works for 9 of the
top 10 national homebuilders on the Builder 100 list. Under
Stacy’s leadership, the company won various awards including
Vendor of the Year and the Service Excellence Award by D.R.
Horton, the country's largest homebuilder. During her tenure,
C+C also became one of the largest providers of builder
services surveying in the federal and state disaster recovery
programs, providing relief assistance to survivors of Hurricanes
Rita, Dolly, Ike, Harvey, Matthew, and Super Storm Sandy. After
35+ years as CEO, Stacy sold the company to provide equity.
